A lolly buffet or candy bar is a buffet of different types of lollies/candies served in candy jars. It is a great addition to any party as guests are able to choose and pick the lollies as dessert or as a party favour/souvenir.

A dessert buffet features lollies, cake, cupcakes, cookies and/or other desserts. It’s a great way to present your party desserts all in one table.

What’s the PRICE RANGE of your lolly buffet, dessert buffet or party styling?
Our Lolly Buffet, Dessert Buffet and Party Styling Packages are all price on application. The price depends on number of guests, theme, type of event, event location and package inclusions which differ from client to client. Contact us for a quote.
Do you supply cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other desserts?
We can source themed cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other desserts from our suppliers depending on your theme and budget.
What kind of lollies do you serve and where do you get them from?
We serve a wide range of sweets in different colours and designs. We get our lollies, candies and chocolates from trusted Australian suppliers to ensure their high quality and taste. If you have any favourite or prefer a particular candy store or chocolatier, we are more than happy to cater to your needs.
Do you do the TABLE SETUP?
Yes, we arrive 2-3 hours prior to your event to arrange the dessert table and style it according to the agreed theme/design.
Will you be there at my event to man the lolly/dessert buffet and SERVE MY GUESTS?
We only do the table set up 2-3 hours prior to your event and dismantle same day after your event. The lolly/dessert buffet is self service during your event. At set up, we fill all the jars, bowls and tableware with lollies and/or desserts and provide plenty of scoops and tongs for your guests to use. If you are providing your own cake and desserts, we can also set them up for you. We leave all the extra lollies and desserts so you can refill the jars & platters during your event or keep them.
What happens to LEFT OVER lollies or desserts after my event?
When we dismantle after your event, we pack all the leftover lollies or desserts in ziplock bags, boxes or plastic containers so you can store them. If you do not want to keep the lollies, we can dispose of them for you. For health and safety reasons, we NEVER keep or reuse unconsumed lollies or desserts.
Where are you located and WHICH SUBURBS do you cater?
Our team is based in Western Sydney. We cater to Sydney metropolitan areas and surrounding suburbs.
Is there a DELIVERY CHARGE?
Delivery within St. Mary’s and Blacktown area is free of charge. Additional delivery costs apply to suburbs outside those specified areas.
Do I need to pay a BOND?
Yes, we require a minimum of $100 bond upon booking. The bond may be higher for events catering more than 100 guests. This bond will be refunded to you within 48 hours after your event. We require a bond to cover for damages or loss that may occur during your event.
What happens if something was DAMAGED or LOST during my event?
We deduct the cost of the damage or loss from your $100 bond. If the total cost exceeds the bond, the client shall also pay for the balance.
I want to do the dessert buffet myself. Can I HIRE your lolly jars and other tableware?
Our Do-It-Yourself hire service depends on our availability. Please contact us to reserve.
I already have my lollies and desserts. Can you do the STYLING or setup for me?
Yes, we’d love to! We can provide the table, linen, lolly jars, tableware and decors, and can arrange the dessert buffet for you. Contact us to discuss your options.
I just need extra LABELS, SIGNS, and a BACKDROP POSTER. Can you do the design and printing for me?
Our design and print services are available ONLY as part of our Lolly Buffet, Dessert Table, Drink Station and/or Party Styling packages. It is not available as a separate service.
When you book an event with us, you can also avail of our affordable custom design and print services. Our in-house graphic artist can create all the artwork you require in any theme, colour or style you want to suit your event. Customised & printed lolly & dessert labels and a Thank You sign are already included in our Lolly Buffet, Dessert Table & Party Styling Packages.
Can you do INVITATION CARDS for my party?
If you’ve booked your party styling, lolly buffet or dessert buffet with us, we can include party invitation cards to your package.
You can also choose to add any of the following optional design & prints to complete your party:

What PARTY THEMES can you do?
We’ve had the pleasure to do various themes for kids and adult parties – vintage, rustic weddings, shabby chic birthdays, elegant and formal anniversaries, cute pastel baby showers, Mad Hatter Tea Party, cartoon/movie characters, and more.
We’re always interested to work on different themes, as we see each theme as a challenge….so give us a challenge!
I can’t decide on a PARTY THEME… can you help me?
YES, definitely! We are more than happy to help you conceptualise a motif or colour theme for your party. We’d love to know your favourite things, personal style and inspirations so we can create a unique lolly buffet and party that tells your story.
How do I BOOK my event?
To make a booking or an enquiry, simply fill up our online form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date.
WHEN should I book my event?
To avoid disappointment, please ensure you make a booking at least 4 weeks before your event as we do get booked out months ahead.
When do I need to make the FULL PAYMENT?
Full payment including the bond is required 14 days prior to event date via direct deposit.
I’m on a really TIGHT BUDGET. Can you customise a lolly buffet package for me?
We offer our lolly/dessert buffet packages at a competitive price and we’re always happy to customise a package to suit your budget. Contact us to discuss your options.
I wish to CANCEL my event. Can I get a refund on my deposit?
Should you wish to cancel your booking with us, you must notify us at least 4 weeks prior to the reserved date in order to refund your deposit. Otherwise the deposit is non-refundable.
Do you do FACE-TO-FACE client consultation?
Email consultation is FREE as part of all our lolly buffet package. Face-to-face meetings can also be arranged however this will incur additional consultation fees.
Can I see a MOCK UP of my table set up before the event?
From the moment you book with us, we will work closely with you to keep you updated with our planning and styling. Upon request, we can show you mood boards, sketches and a photo of a mock up table arrangement before your event to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with the final set up on the day.
